Athletes For Life, Endure for a Cure

Athletes For Life’s team riding together in support of the Children’s Cancer Institute. A huge thank you to everyone who supported us in this event, raising money and awareness. Endure for a Cure is Children’s Cancer Institute’s unforgettable cycling challenge raising vital funds for childhood cancer research.

Athletes For Life is taking it’s own team of former professional athletes to participate in Endure for a Cure - a one day cycling event that raises funds and awareness towards childhood cancer research. The ride is organized by the Children’s Cancer Institute and has already raised over 1.8 million dollars since 2014. This initiative keeps growing every year with more and more participants helping this great cause and we are thrilled to be a part of this year’s edition.

“We are passionate about making a positive difference in our community and that is the main reason we decided to partner up with the Children’s Cancer Institute. On our first participation in Endure for a Cure, our team was able to raise over AU$ 18,000 for the Children’s Cancer Institute which goes towards their research and programs.”

The whole event was a huge success, made very smooth by the wonderful volunteers and support crews.

The Athletes For Life team walked away with a few titles, including Niki being awarded the “Queen of the Mountain” title for the 2020 Women’s fastest hill time.
