The National Championships

The MTBA 2002 Australian National Championships took place in Mt Beauty, Victoria, where Niki competed in the downhill. After qualifying in 1st position, Niki finished 3rd on the podium in a close race behind Tai-Lee Muxlow, and Talitha Fitzgerald.

The local natives of Mt Beauty had their own lines picked out, as seen by this young kangaroo coming into one of the final corners on the downhill track.
